MCKinetics Vibration Resistance Stretching Station

Whole Body Vibration (WBV) is a training method employing low amplitude, low frequency mechanical stimulation to exercise musculoskeletal structures.

Resistance Stretching dynamically lengthens and strengthens muscles simultaneously.  This technique combines flexibility, strength training, and core development.
